CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Certification

The Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation is held by only 3,000 elite Realtors^® throughout the nation who have successfully passed the rigid requirements for certification and membership.

CDPE designations are granted only buy the Distressed Property Institute.  CDPE's are full members of the Institute and participate in masters classes, executive working groups as well as shared MasterMind networks on bank policies and practices.
